StratLab is powerful and unique because it incorporates "laws of the marketplace," determined through research on the real-life experiences of thousands of businesses in our proprietary data bases and in university research. These “laws” are valid across industries, and therefore remain valid when your circumstances change.
Our research effort continues, and we encourage businesses to contribute information on their strategies and results to a research data base (in a way that preserves confidentiality, of course). Researchers conduct outcomes-based, cross-industry analyses to determine which activities tend to improve financial or market share performance. Companies that contribute data have access to those research findings.
